TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. All credit card transactions are by secure server. Feel free to use your pay-pal account.

All products come with a full manufacture’s warranty. Be sure to keep your box (or the information on it for contacting the manufacturer) and your receipt for proof of purchase in case of any returns.

Saveenergyproducts.com will accept returns for unopened regular stock items. Refunds for non-special-order returned items will be issued to the original method of payment when possible and a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from the credit for each item returned.

Please return any item within 30 days from the day the order was shipped out from our warehouse. The maximum time for contacting us about a return is 14 days from the day the order was shipped out from our warehouse.

Sales Tax:

You are responsible for the payment of any state and local sales and use taxes that may apply to your order. The sales tax is calculated based on the full invoice price, and may include charges for shipping and handling if required by law. By law, Save-n-Energy.com must collect sales tax for orders SHIPPED to the state Florida only.
