Chillin™ is a new proprietary technology that improves refrigeration efficiency without adding chemically reacting or altering additives. In addition to our Patent Pending treatment Chillin™, we include our exclusive “Chillin™ Package.” This service is performed prior to the installation of the Chillin™ refrigerant enhancer and includes 30-60 minutes of cleaning and adjustments to ensure your system is running at its peak performance based on its age and condition. This is performed by a licensed participating HVAC professional. In addition to energy savings of up to 15%, Chillin™ has unique properties that extend compressor life and reduce compressor noise.

After application, Chillin™ is dispensed throughout the system, working in the condenser and evaporator to improve the heat transfer process.

Compressor friction is reduced, reducing heat losses and extending compressor life.

Chillin™ treatment reduces surface tension of oil on friction surfaces.

Chillin™ bonding agents work with mechanical action to fuse micro-sized polymers onto friction surfaces.

Cooling costs can account for up to 50% of your total electricity bill. Now through SEP's Air Conditioning treatment Chillin™ and the Chillin™ Package, consumers and business owners can reduce their cost of cooling, while increasing efficiency, and extending A/C compressor life. Warranty

1 Year limited warranty from date of Chillin™ treatment to include the replacement parts and labor for any failure of an air conditioning compressor less than 8 years old. 90 day limited warranty from date of Chillin™ treatment to include the replacement parts and labor for any failure of an air conditioning compressor 8 years and older

Price includes installation by a licensed H.V.A.C. (Heating Ventilation and Cooling professional) and a full tune-up of the current system to include : Full A/C EQUIPMENT OPTIMIZATION PROCESS INCLUDING:

correct refrigerant level,

clean evaporator coil(in place)

clean condenser coil,

clean drain pan,drain line, and blowerwhell housing,

clean filters

and calibrate thermostat,

In addition to the above we also measure system operating temperatures and electrical data at 12 data points .
