Question: Will Chillin™ void my manufacturer's warranty?

Answer:No. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act is the federal law that governs consumer warranties. This means that the manufacturer of your air conditioner cannot void the warranty because you use an aftermarket additive manufactured by someone other than the equipment manufacturer, unless the Federal Trade Commission accepts a waiver stating that the warranted item will only function properly with a named product.

Question: Is there a warranty?

Answer: Yes, there is a warranty with Chillin™.

1 Year limited warranty from date of Chillin™ treatment to include the replacement parts and labor for any failure of an air conditioning compressor less than 8 years old.

90 day limited warranty from date of Chillin™ treatment to include the replacement parts and labor for any failure of an air conditioning compressor 8 years and older.

Question: How long does the treatment last?

Answer: Chillin™ is a one-time application that will last the lifetime of the equipment.

Question: I asked my local air conditioning contractor about your product, and he was not familiar with it.

Answer: Chillin™ is a patent-pending product that is new to the HVAC marketplace and has been proven to be safe and effective.

Question: Who will perform the Installation of Chillin™?

Answer: Because of EPA regulations, Chillin™ must be installed by a participating licensed HVAC professional. There is no down time required for installation, and takes fewer than 30 minutes to install. Prior to the installation of Chillin™, your air conditioning system will receive necessary cleaning and adjustments to ensure that it is running as efficiently as possible based on the age and condition of the unit.

Question: Can I have my HVAC contractor install the product?

Answer: Yes, simply advise them that you would like to have Chillin™ installed in your system, and have them contact us directly.

Question: Will I see a reduction in my energy cost?

Answer: Although there are many variables, you should see an overall reduction in Kilowatt hours used, resulting in a lower energy bill.

Question: Can I pay for the service after it is completed?

Answer: This option is available in a limited area. Please contact customer service for more information.

Question: There are many additives on the market for HVAC systems that make similar claims. What makes Chillin™ different?

Answer: Most of these products are PROA's (Polarized Refrigeration Oil Additives). Unlike these other products, Chillin™ is a "treatment" and not an additive.
